Her face is giving a very clear, “Yep, I live here now.” There’s no uncertainty, no asking permission, and definitely no sign that Piper thinks she’s merely visiting. She found herself a cozy garage, a hooman who gives her attention, and a safe place to come back to every day. What more could a kitty want? Whether the paperwork is official yet or not, Piper looks pretty convinced that this whole place belongs to her now. The CDS assignment may already be complete.

Piper has chosen you as her hooman, and she seems pretty confident in her decision. She keeps coming back every day, walks right up for attention, and has already claimed the garage as one of her favorite places to hang out. Cats don’t exactly fill out adoption applications, so this may be Piper’s way of making things official. She found a hooman she trusts and a place where she feels safe.

A vet check could help solve the mystery of whether Piper already has a furmily waiting for her or if she’s officially found her new home. Even without a collar, she could still have a microchip with her hoomans’ information attached. If there’s no chip and nobody comes looking for her, then the CDS may have made another successful delivery. Either way, getting her checked out is the purrfect next step to figuring out where this sweet girl belongs.
